10-08-2021 Incident Report
On October 8th, 2021, at 9:26 AM PST, Files.com detected issues with multiple system services. Our investigation found that a new server that was deployed had a configuration issue. The server was immediately taken offline and the system was returned to full operation at 10:36 AM PST.
Extensive review and testing has been conducted by Files.com staff to ensure this resolution, and we have already taken steps internally to prevent this issue from recurring in the future.
